Subtitle G of Title I have following subsections.

Sec. 1551. Definitions.

 
Sec. 1552. Transparency in government.  Requires HHS secretary to publish, within 30 days of its signing, autorities granted through this bill.
Sec. 1553. Prohibition against discrimination on assisted suicide.  Billl explicitly bans discrimination on the basis that the entity does not provide any health care item or service furnished for the purpose of causing death of an individual.
Sec. 1554. Access to therapies.  Bars any government entity to create any law that can reduce access to care.
Sec. 1555. Freedom not to participate in Federal health insurance programs.  No one person or entity offering health insurance coverage shall be forced to participate in federal health insurance program.
Sec. 1556. Equity for certain eligible survivors.
Sec. 1557. Nondiscrimination.   Bans any discrimination against any one as specified in various laws created over the years based on race, gender, country of origin, etc.
Sec. 1558. Protections for employees.  Individuals are protected in case they participate in the program, object to participate in any activity that they might reasonably believe is in violation of this act, provided any information to authorities for violation of policies related to this bill, etc.
Sec. 1559. Oversight.  Inspection General of Department of HHS will have overall oversight with respect to administtration and implementation of this title as it relates to the department.
Sec. 1560. Rules of construction.  Bill leaves the anti-trust protection for insurer intact.  It also gives freeddom to academic institutions in their offering of student health insurance programs.
Sec. 1561. Health information technology  requires HHS to issues secure standards and protocols that facilitate enrollment of individuals in Federal and State health and human services programs.  HHS Secretary shall grant funds to individuals and institution for creating and implementation of these HIT enrolment standards.
